On the ride to work this morning, a few thoughts that had been bumbling about in my mind came together into something rather cohesive.
If a company wants raving fans / customers, they likely need raving employees. Think about it, excitement is a contagion and where are your customers going to catch it?
Discuss decisions that employers make and their true cost vs the immediate result. Lower pay = greater profits = higher turn-over, lower morale, unfocused workers = increased training costs, lower productivity = lower profits
